Troubleshooting Common 999nd Login Issues

  • The page says my mobile number is not recognised
Double-check that you are entering the same mobile number used during registration. Make sure you are not accidentally including a country code prefix (e.g., +880) if the field expects a local format. If you have recently changed your number, contact 999nd support to update your registered number before attempting to log in again.
  • I keep getting a wrong password error even though I am sure it is correct
Check that your phone keyboard is not auto-correcting or auto-capitalising the password. Passwords on 999nd are case-sensitive. Toggle the password visibility option to confirm what you are actually typing.
