1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 999nd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet all of the criteria below at all times:

1.1 — Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use any services offered by 999nd. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 999nd reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently determined to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.
1.2 — Geographic Eligibility
999nd is operated and made available to players located in Bangladesh. 1.3 — Legal Capacity

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with 999nd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is considered abuse of the Platform and will result in all accounts being suspended and any bonuses, winnings, or balances being forfeited. By registering, you agree to the following account-related conditions:

2.1 — Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. Any winnings earned on an account registered with false information are void.
2.2 — Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999nd will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 999nd support immediately. 999nd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
2.3 — Account Suspension and Closure
999nd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) we have reason to believe these Terms have been breached; (b) fraud, collusion, or cheating is suspected; (c) age or identity verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Decisions regarding account closure are at the sole discretion of 999nd.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 — Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 999nd reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion and to request verification of the payment source before processing. 3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to freeze funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. You confirm that all funds deposited with 999nd are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 — Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will result in immediate suspension of all implicated accounts and forfeiture of all funds. 999nd uses monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse and reserves the right to make final determinations on any case.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999nd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

5.1 — Fraud and Cheating
You must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with your use of the 999nd Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: using automated software (bots), exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform, communicating with other players during live casino play to gain an unfair advantage, or knowingly participating in any activity designed to defraud 999nd or other players.
5.2 — Money Laundering
The use of the 999nd Platform for the purpose of laundering money or financing illegal activities is strictly prohibited. 5.3 — Underage Gambling
